Introduction
At Face Stories by Varsha, we strive to provide the best quality services and customer experience. However, due to the nature of our services, we follow a strict No Refund Policy with limited exceptions, as outlined below.
1. General Refund Policy
- Once a service is booked or a course is purchased, no refunds will be initiated under any circumstances.
- All purchases and advance payments are final and non-refundable.
- Customers are advised to read service details carefully before booking.
2. Refund Policy for Bridal Makeup & Offline Pro Makeup Course
- Same-day advance refund: Customers who make an advance payment for Bridal Makeup or the Offline Pro Makeup Course are eligible to request a refund only within the same day of payment. After this period, no refunds will be provided.
- If the client cancels the booking after the same day, the advance amount will be forfeited.
3. Refund Policy for Online Makeup Courses
- No refunds will be issued once an online course is purchased, as access to the content is granted immediately.
- Customers are encouraged to review course details before enrolling.
4. Rescheduling & Adjustments
- Bridal Makeup or Event Makeup bookings can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- If rescheduling is not possible, the advance amount will not be refunded.
- Makeup Courses cannot be rescheduled once commenced.
5. Exceptions & Special Cases
- Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases such as double payments due to technical issues. In such cases, proof of the transaction must be provided.
- If Face Stories by Varsha is unable to fulfill the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided at our discretion.
